A Healthy Lifestyle

General advice about healthy living and a happy lifestyle applies to all persons and I strongly recommend thinking carefully about:- a sensible alcohol consumption, no smoking, avoiding drugs of abuse, avoiding sun exposure, maintaining normal weight, eating a healthy diet, keeping good dental hygiene, obtaining adequate sleep, regular exercise, and relaxation. I advise all female patients to consider regular breast examinations and the Pap smear. Contraception and pregnancy are very important issues which may need discussion.
